Experience the contrast between the bustle of Bangkok’s backpacker district and the relaxed way of life in a rural Thai school. You will be working in small groups to plan and teach English lessons for students’ aged 5 -16.
With limited resources and staff, volunteers provide much needed support and assistance in the classroom. You will support the teachers with lesson plans and classes coupling their teaching role with dance, healthcare, and sports development.

New Hope, a free education centre, provides classes to over 1100 students aged 6 to 14 that are not able to access government education. You will be working alongside local Khmer teachers and other volunteer staff providing education and training in English, math, moral lessons, computers and sewing.
During your free time, explore the World Heritage listed ancient cities and temples of Angkor, visit the floating villages, take Khmer cooking classes or shop for traditional handicrafts in local markets.
