Job Description:

Handles air ticket reservation

Quotation and issuance of air tickets

Maintain proper records and documentations
Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least an IATA Professional Certificate and/or Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.

Knowledge of Amadeus is essential

Team player with good interpersonal skills

Job Description:

Verification of supplier’s invoice and process payments

Quotation Perform Bank reconciliation and creditors reconciliation

Perform data entries

Verification of Assist in review and follow-up on outstanding issues in POS system
Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a minimum of GCE A’level, Diploma in Business Administration/Finance, LCCI in Accountancy
Preferably 1 year working experience in similar capacity

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel/ Words
-
Knowledge and experience in computerized accounting is necessary

Good communication, interpersonal & organizational skills

Generally we would expect that you have travelled through at least two continents. Previous experience in the Travel and Tourism industry and/or a qualification in Travel and Tourism is also a bonus.
