Any individual between 15 and 45 years of age, who is enrolled and attending full-time, a registered education institution of higher learning, outside of his Home Country is eligible for the Chartis Student Assist. The policy also applies to non-Singaporeans and students going abroad for non-academic courses, industrial attachments or exchange programmes. The insured person can only be covered under one such policy for the same period.
