Work and Travel USA Program
Work & Travel USA program makes it possible for students like you to spend a memorable summer living and working in USA.
The Work and Travel USA is designed to give you a first hand experiences in the U.S working with U.S citizens in temporary employment. Most importantly you earn money while immersing in the American life and culture.
A Little Insight Into USA
One of the most diverse countries in the world and a pop culture trendsetter, the U.S.A. is an exciting place to travel. With bright lights, large bustling cities, quaint towns, serene National Parks and spectacular scenery, this is a once in a lifetime adventure not to be missed!
Eligibility for the Work and Travel USA Program
- 18 - 28 years old
- A current full-time university student
- Must only participate on the J-1 program during your official university summer break
- A passport valid for at least six months beyond the intended stay in USA
- Valid visa
- Hold a return ticket to/from USA
- Sufficient funds to support yourself for duration of the program (a minimum of USD1000)

Cost of the Work and Travel USA Program
The cost of the Work and Travel USA Program would include, the Program fee, Visa fee, SEVIS fee, and Insurance is compulsory. Please see below.
All prices stated below are subject to currency fluctuations and may change without prior notice.
IMPORTANT: It is compulsory for you to purchase your airfare through STA Travel, and travel in group departures to USA.

How to Book the Work and Travel USA Program
Visit your nearest STA Travel branch or simply click on the “BOOK NOW” icon at the bottom of the page. We recommend that you apply for the Work and Travel USA program at least 3-4 months prior to your intended date of arrival into USA.
