How can I change my Ticket
As experienced travellers ourselves, at STA Travel we know that things change. That’s why many of our tickets are designed to allow you to make changes so that you can get the most out of your time away. Some tickets allow you to change your travel dates so that you stay longer – or move on sooner.
Some STA Travel tickets even allow you to change your route or apply for a credit on part-flown itineraries that can you can then use when travelling to buy other tickets or travel products through your nearest STA Travel branch.
Simply find your ticket type below and we’ll point you in the right direction, tell you about the options that may be available and what you’d need to do next. Where possible, all changes mentioned below are subject to the conditions of your ticket, flight availability and applicable fees and charges, which will be advised to you before you confirm.
SATA Tickets
“SATA” tickets are some of our most flexible, often allowing you to change travel dates or, in some cases, even your route. You may even be able to receive credit if you decide not to use your ticket part-way through.
E-Tickets
e-tickets purchased through all other countries changes should normally be made through the STA Travel Division from which you bought your ticket, or locally through the airline direct. Paper Tickets
Changes to paper tickets should normally be made through the airline direct - please check your travel documentation for information on amending your tickets.
